Refund Policy
Thank you for supporting OOTW (Out of the World) Music Festival. Please read our refund policy carefully before purchasing your tickets.
1. All Sales Are Final
All ticket purchases for OOTW are non-refundable. Once a ticket has been purchased, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges under any circumstances, including:
• Change of personal plans
• Weather conditions
• Travel delays or issues
• Illness or COVID-19-related matters
2. Event Postponement or Cancellation
In the rare event that OOTW is postponed or cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. government regulations, extreme weather, safety concerns), we will:
• Offer the option to transfer your ticket to the rescheduled date, or
• Provide a partial or full refund, subject to the terms and timelines stated in our official announcements.
Details will be communicated via our official social media channels and website.
3. Ticket Transfer
Tickets are non-transferable by default. If you are unable to attend and wish to transfer your ticket, please contact Genesis Entertainment Customer Service at 6016-339 4134 using the phone number you registered with. You will need to provide your full name, IC number, registered phone number, and the full name and contact details of the person you wish to transfer the ticket to. All transfer requests are subject to approval and must be made in advance.
However, you are fully responsible for handling the transfer. OOTW will not facilitate name changes unless officially requested and approved ahead of time.
4. Unauthorized Resale
Reselling your ticket at a higher price than the original face value is strictly prohibited. Tickets found in violation may be voided without refund.
