Can I pay with cash or credit card at the event?
This is a cashless event. We will provide multiple cashless payment options that will be listed on the OOTW. Asia website no less than 1 month before the event.
Ticketing– We advise you to purchase tickets on the OOTW. Asia before coming to the event. Tickets may be available at the door based on availability. Ticket are not transferable once bought in your name.
Drinks Booth– Cashless

Merchant Vendors–Cashless, Online pre-sales and Cash (depending on vendor).

Will there be parking at the event?
We will provide ample parking slots for all customers. We however advise you to take public transport to and from this event to prevent traffic and logistic issues.
If it rains, does that mean the event is cancelled?
The event is open rain or shine. Stages, water park and the event services may be disrupted in extreme weather situations, but this will be at the discretion of the event organiser with advice from the authorities.
Where can I buy water at the event?
All bars within the event site will have water available for purchase.
What can I do to protect my health + safety at the events?
Be sure to:
- Stay hydrated and drink lots of water
- Wear sunscreen and a hat
- Stay close to people you know
- Follow instructions from event staff – they are here to help
What are your Covid-19 guidelines?
In order to support the health & safety of all guests, artists, and staff, and to ensure an enjoyable and worry-free environment we will always be working with local authorities for most up to date guidelines As of right now, we will not have any additional requirements for attendees. Subject to change based on requirements from MOH and Federal government.

Is there an age restriction to attend the festival?
The event to Anyone above the age of 18. Everyone, regardless of age, is required to purchase a ticket. You must be 21+ to purchase and consume alcohol. Valid Photo ID required upon entry to receive a 21+ wristband to purchase and consume alcohol.

What airport should I fly into?
KLIA 1 and 2 (for domestic and international)

Can I upgrade my GA ticket later?
Yes, if VIP tickets are available then you can do it onsite. All you have to do is go to box office to check availability and pay the difference.
Is re-entry allowed?
No. This is a single entry event with no pass-outs. But don't worry we have created a mini city in OOTW with all your needs covered!

- NO drugs or drug paraphernalia
- NO cigarettes (includes sealed packs)
- NO large chains or spiked jewelry
- NO balloons, balls, inflatable balls or frisbees
- NO backpacks or bags greater than 12”x12” and must be subject to thorough searches prior to entry.
- NO outside food or beverages
- NO weapons of any kind (includes pocket knives, pepper spray, fireworks, etc.)
- NO professional recording equipment for photo, video, or audio (no detachable lenses, tripods, big zooms or commercial use rigs)
- NO video cameras or professional videography equipment allowed without prior approval
- NO whistles, air horns, or other loud noise devices
